Tom and Pat’s first day in business together was Pat’s 20th birthday. Like many small business owners Pat wears many hats. She currently oversees Finance, Accounting, Administration, Facilities Management, and HR. Pat considers the team as a part of her family and what gives her the greatest sense of accomplishment is that Glavin has many team members who have worked in the company for over 30 years.
